Last week, we made our own version of papyrus paper- the children loved the messy, paper mache style creation. 

This week, the children used Ancient Egyptian inspired artwork and symbols they had previously studied, to create their own art work. The children first sketched their ideas, before adding colour. They looked really effective and the children were really proud of the art work they produced.
