As part of our science (how humans affect the environment) and Geography (renewable energy) learning, we visited FCC Environment in North Hykeham where they turn our general waste into electricity. The children found the trip very interesting and thoroughly enjoyed a tour of the building and exploring the interactive activities in the classroom.
