The children went on their first trip to the Zion Methodist Church. They learnt all about the Easter story and took part in lots of activities which helped tell the story. They flipped pancakes for Shrove Tuesday, had a cross drawn on them, waved palm leaves, washed some 'feet' like Jesus, had some bread for the last supper, put nails in a cross then finally saw the tomb where Jesus laid. It's was a lovely afternoon and a great first trip.
