Today the children in Year 6 enjoyed an Outdoor Day around our beautiful grounds. They created their own soup after deciding upon and cutting up their own ingredients; made shelters whilst practising their clove hitch knotting skills and finally deepened their understanding of fire safety, creating their own fire lays. In addition, they enjoyed singing some camp songs together around the burning fire. A brilliant day all round!
