Today in Mrs Harris' class the children have been looking at muscles and joints, to continue their learning about animals including humans. We learnt how muscles work in pairs, contract and extend to move. They then worked on showing this by making a moving hand! The paper represented the skin, the straws represent the bones and the string represents the ligaments.
